School and District Department information

Have your faculty information imported within an hour, thanks to our database import utility. Even creating profiles is easy through the online profile manager. As administrator, you can give permission to other users for editing profiles as well. All abilities can be delegated through PSW.

District Calendar of Events

Adding district events to the calendar was never easier! As soon as an event is added, it shows up on the calendar, highlighted as a district event, and displayed on all school calendars. The weekly calendar also shows the event as a link to the details page for that event.

District Page

Choose the template for your district to set it apart. All pages in your district will look professional, cohesive and clean. Customize the common links on your site to provide convenience for your users.

Administer Banner space

ProSchoolWeb provides space for banners to advertise upcoming events, affiliated sites, Sponsors, and other information. Banner formats that are accepted: gif, jpg, png or flash!

Administer Users

Delegate the work of the district site to other trusted users. As district admin, you can choose which users can have access to the site utilities.

Club Calendar

Events are automatically added to the calendar when they are created. All events show up color-coded based on their level (district, school, class, club, and mixed) and explained by a legend.

Weekly and monthly calendars are available to view the class assignments that are coming up for their students' classes. Assignments are only shown on class pages.

View Announcements

See the district, school, teacher and class announcements that are coming up, conveniently placed in the monthly and weekly calendars throughout the site.

Teachers can provide online documents that are easily downloaded from school and class pages. Now parents can have access to the documents they need from any computer with an Internet connection. No more lost forms and documents. If your child lost the permission slip, no problem with PSW!

The user interface for ProSchoolWeb is so simple, that it requires no training at all. Teachers can disable their publicly viewed site until they are ready for it to be displayed.

Powerful Online Text Editor

Our custom text editor allows teachers and district administrators to create pages with style. Our Rich text editor supports formatting copied and pasted from Microsoft© office software, and other document creation tools. Simply copy and paste the information into the editor, and it will preserve the formatting. graphics, hyperlinks, tables, fonts, and other formatting are all supported.
